My name is Shawn Marie Turi, and I’m the founder of BLOOM! I’m a multi‑passionate business strategist, coach, and creative advisor who believes that Community is Medicine, that Relationships are Everything, and that Business IS Personal. With eight businesses to my credit and too many collaborations to mention, I coach, consult and partner with individuals, groups, teams, and organizations to uncover their core desires and goals, develop effective, practical, and soulful strategies, bring meaningful projects to life, and help them move the needle in the direction it needs to go.

In addition to my work as a business strategist and advisor, I produce events for BLOOM! and collaborate with other organizations. I host workshops (in-person and virtual). I give talks and do panels. I’m also a poet and a writer, and I write for both personal and professional purposes. I don’t mind titles as descriptors, but that’s not what lights me up. People do.
