We believe that “Business IS Personal.” Period.

Building a productive network, gaining a winning advantage, working from a ‘collaborative vs competitive’ mindset, and knowing how to get there can be a challenge. Especially when old narratives play on repeat in our industry. Meeting those challenges through the lens of possibility and inclusivity can be a game-changer.

The AMPLIFY + BLOOM! Luncheon Workshop has been designed to bring people together to share stories, ideas, and strategies that help shape our work, that create conditions to do better and be better, that encourage mutually beneficial outcomes, and cultivate environments that you (and likely everyone else) are craving! 

In addition to a delicious lunch and powerful workshop, we’ll have the pleasure of hearing from prominent industry speaker Allyson Gipson. She will be discussing with us:

• How various contract types can create different motivational environments.

• What can be used to shape the level of collaboration and risk mitigation? 

• How individual responsibility and fixed pricing lead to an adversarial, less motivated environment, and what we can do about it?

For our workshop-style roundtable discussions and breakout session conversations, we’ve partnered with BLOOM! to help us consider what’s next, explore what’s possible, identify our individual and collective purpose, and move forward with clarity and intention. 

With the ever-growing demands for our attention and often more questions than answers, we decided it was time to take an afternoon to ‘slow down’ for a few hours, connect, reflect, assess, and align. To look at what’s evolving around us because questions like… “What's really possible?” requires examination.

So, let’s talk about your ‘big picture’ ambitions. There’s room for that here!
